Mailboxes are unlimited on every paid plan under fair use: one mailbox for every send a day your plan includes, so Grow holds 3,000 and Business holds 15,000. That is far more than safe sending ever needs. Need more? Ask from the connect dialog and we usually answer within a business day. Connect them one at a time or import thousands from a CSV.

Yes. Add your legal business name and tax ID in Stripe Checkout. They appear on invoices, and Stripe applies reverse charge where the rules allow it. You can update both later from Settings, Billing, Payment.

Yes. The Warmup plan is $15 a month, or $144 a year, and is built for inbox placement. It moves your mailboxes into the premium pool for better deliverability, with mailboxes that start landing in spam removed early and no mailbox cap. It counts mailboxes connected on the cloud and through a linked self-hosted instance alike, so it is not tied to self-hosting. Sending needs one of the plans above.
